Hugo is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Xenios, a software developer for Android and iOS applications, digital platforms, IoT solutions as well as a developer of digital products and services for food, beverage, hospitality and retail.
Previously, Hugo was the Global Head of Digital (CDO) at AB InBev, the world’s largest brewer. Creating digital connections for such a large company gave Hugo deep experience with innovative and effective consumer engagement strategies aimed to produce multichannel emotional relationships with the brands across the globe from China to Argentina.
Hugo began his career at Daimler, where he was a driving force in the digital transformation as well as a member of their innovation committee. In terms of innovation he set up a hub in Silicon Valley to drive digital innovation for AB InBev as well. He has also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Novero, a connected car technology provider, for wejo, a leading premium supplier of Connected Car Data, as well as for Tally Weijl, a European-wide fashion retailer and etailer. Besides his role at HuHeHa, Hugo is a partner at 5CCG, a premium consultancy for digital media strategies and serves at several Boards as advisor.
